Electric apparatus partially adopts PLC and touch screen control to further improve the reliability. Centrifuge and other speed regulation parts use frequency conversion timing. Revolution of centrifuge, these data can be shown on the screen, such as water temperature, furnace temperature, running speed of solidify furnace, density and capacity etc.
The electric apparatus cabinet is installed with self-checking system. It shows the fault code, facilitates maintenance.

a) Melting equipment
i. Melting furnace
Adopt the international up-to-date technique to preheat the cold air by remained heat with high temperature of melting furnace. Technique makes energy saving maximum, and feeding stabilization. Adding material will be done automatically according to liquid level by adopting automatic control technique.
ii. Kiln platform ( three layers)
Use heavy profiled steel which is hard and wear-resistance, and with maintenance platform of spinning machine, to facilitate produce, maintenance and centralizing control.
